​I have found zines to be great tools for spreading public health information as they are more durable and likelier to be referenced time and time again than traditional pamphlets or trifolds. Below are a few examples I have created.

Cultivating Positive Mental Health

This zine describes concepts around Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), trauma responses, as well as practical methods used to cultivate positive mental health in order to heal from trauma.
